Hospital and Professional Medical Assistance
The project intends to provide professionals of health care that deliver medical care and assistance at home to patients with chronic diseases and disabled persons with the skills to acknowledge and understand the personal stories, character, attitudes, and cultural interests of the patient and how these are affected by the pathology, by combining two different approaches: Narrative medicine and Methodology of parents' pedagogy.

1 chapter: Organisational Analysis Tools
We have identified to methodologies and its tools which allow an organizational analysis where the patient has an important role. The role of the patient is aimed to contribute to improve the care, clinical and organizational processes of the healthcare providers.

2 chapter : Narrative Medicine and Parental Pedagogy Tools
The narrative medicine and parents pedagogy allow to develop a new interaction among the healthcare professional workers, patients and their families, based on an equal interchange of information, knowledge and experiences. It is of great importance to identify the tools which are applied to the two strategies in order to implement the new model of care the Heppy Project wants to obtain.

3 chapter : the ICF tools
The ICF is a classification tool for the conditions and problematic situations caused by diseases of the person. Associated to the narrative description it allows to identify the personal factors the ICF doesn’t classify but establish the outcome the care project. E.g.: hope, courage, interior strength, perseverance, tenacity, etc.

4 chapter : Narrative Medicine, Parents Pedagogy and ICF Tool
They are very important strategies which allow the personal stories to come out. The narrative description is an important tool in order to understand people, their anxieties, their worries, capabilities and knowledge to be used. The narrative description is the bases to reach the educational and therapeutic path between patient and healthcare professional workers. It is a tool finalized to share the experience and scientific knowledge.
The personal factors of the parents and relatives can be stressed with scientific methodology.
